February.
FEBRUARY GOAL #1: See a number on the scale that I’ve never seen before. HALF-CHECK. Last Saturday I weighed in at 204.0 which is officially the lowest number I’ve ever seen on the scale. Overall in February I lost 5lbs which is more than I’ve lost in the past two months. I could have done better, but I didn’t give it my all. Something to work on.
FEBRUARY GOAL #2: Do something nice for someone without expecting something nice in return. CHECK. I can’t tell you what it was otherwise because it doesn’t work like that :D
FEBRUARY GOAL#3: Work out smarter. Change it up. Lift things. Run. Walk. Stretch. CHECK.CHECK.CHECK.CHECK. I definitely smashed this goal out of the park. I can definitely tell it’s working just my how my clothes fit a month later. I can whole heartedly thank my new gym for helping me out with this one.
Overall, February was definitely an improvement from January. I’d have to say I put in 85% overall effort into the month. I’m shooting for 110% in March.
